What precisely do you do Kate?
Some have said tongue in cheek that, “I twiddle their toes” In fact I do just that on a gentle physical level. What occurs during this remains inexplicable to a certain extent. Energy is generated by these simplistic movements and are sensed in various ways in the physical being.
Despite my training in reflexology in 1988 I do not apply any named therapeutic approach.
During an initial session I take a very detailed client history. Once a client identifies very specifically what they desire from the session I make them comfortable in a prone position, feet elevated. Once I physically hold a persons feet I open a connection to source. Energy moves through me to my clients, bringing bodily changes and if desired, elevated consciousness. I do not touch any other part of the anatomy.

Where does the healing come from?
Since July 2000, when it first occurred, many clients have stated that they sense the presence of, or actually see an entity they name Jesus as they work with me. In the early days I was slightly swayed by friends who said these apparitions or visions were “wishful thinking” others “imagination” still others “nonsense” Not any more. Through numerous clients I have been told many times that they see Jesus behind me or “coming out of me” as we work.
At this moment in my life I feel certain the spirit of Jesus is manifest when I hold a client’s feet in my hands. On occasion clients, especially when in India, say they see Mother Mary, others mention angels and archangels. Return to FAQ List
What is your success rate?
How does anyone measure success? I have worked with those who have recovered from illness of the body, mind and spirit. I have also journeyed with those whose souls called them home. Is supporting someone as they leave their physical life success or failure.? This is not ‘a cop out’. I simply cannot define success in such a black and white way.
If a client experiences love and achieves a sense of peace that is a measure of success? Everything that occurs is subjective. I have never, in over 20 years, received negative feedback, apart from “You talk too much” during the process! I do have however valid reasons for this. Return to FAQ List
How much does a treatment cost?
I have no definitive answer to this. Fees differ depending on what country I am in. whether it be in India, Ireland, the US or other parts of the world. Difficulties with finance however has never been a barrier if a prospective client has concerns. Please call to discuss. Return to FAQ
Why do you charge for what is a gift?
Why do you accept a salary is the quick response? Should you get free tickets for Amy Winehouse or Andrea Bocelli concerts? People who have the gift of healing have to eat also.
Because I am such a strong sceptic myself I do however understand that people get upset when ‘healers’ spend 5 minutes with a client and charge a relative fortune but I spend a minimum of two hours during an initial session and one hour minimum thereafter. Return to FAQ List
What qualifications do you hold?
Until 2000 I was employed as an Assistant Principal Social Worker, responsible for the training and assessing of social work students and NVQ developmental work across the Northern Social Services Trusts, in Northern Ireland.
Prior to resigning from my career I trained in Reflexology. Since then my principal formal trainings undertaken include training in Gestalt Psychotherapy up to Masters entry level. More recently I have studied NLP to Advanced level with Fr Dick Mc Hugh in India. I have also NVQ level 4 in Training and Development.

How long does a session take?
Initial session 2 hours, follow up sessions 1 hour. It seldom takes less and on occasion a little more. It is totally up to the time you need, within a reasonable time scale. Return to FAQ List
How many times would I need to have a treatment?
Now-a-days I suggest that people come for three sessions and then they decide what further support they may need. Often it is nothing further through her as the sessions have answered their questions or directed them on a path towards health of body, mind and spirit. Two or three appear optimum as, from her experience, the first visit is often loaded with anxiety about me and what may occur. The second and third allows for a client to settle in and use the opportunity with pleasure. It is however totally up to the client. Many have in fact received all they require from one session. Can you cure cancer?
I do not cure anything. I believe that all illness has a root in the mind and the person is supported to change their thoughts they will go a long way towards healing the body. During a session together clients feel sensations where the body is receiving a boost of energy and many times spiritual healing. This ‘healing’ is totally between the client and Source. You are fully in charge of what you allow to occur.
My role in this healing process is to connect the client at a vibrationally much higher level. The client’s openness and readiness controls what occurs. This is not a ‘cop out‘, purely a statement of fact.

Will it hurt?
During the process energy is encouraged to flow through the body. Where blocks from previous injuries and accumulated stress are preventing a healthy flow are reached, this may at times cause some discomfort. This is actually a very positive sign however that the body is being supported towards homeostasis and to be welcomed.
You are in charge throughout the entire process of all that occurs and you can decide to stop at any time, or even take a breather to reassure yourself if you so wish. Return to FAQ List
How long does a session take?
An initial session takes two hours.
The background information gathered during the first hour prepares for a deeper healing experience. During the second hour you are supported to reach a much greater awareness of your body, mind and spirit. Return to FAQ List

Are you a Christian?
Yes. How can I not be when I am blessed with working with Jesus? I denied Him for years. In childhood I experienced the early and painful death of my mother and in my grief and ignorance I blamed GOD. I felt there was no GOD, or if by chance He/She existed, they were not loving, but judgemental and cruel. I was wrong.
I am a Roman Catholic and some things in the Catholic Church I find challenging. In my younger years I attended Mass, not out of desire, but to avoid an argument with my father. Today I go because I like to be part of a community of prayer. Return to FAQ List
Do you see Apparitions yourself?
No, and I say that with a tinge of sadness as I long to see what my client’s see. I merely make do with the odd tender and beautiful message that comes to me through them. Return to FAQ
How can a person get well themselves?
It’s tough when you are in the throes of illness or disease to think pleasant thoughts but it is those very thoughts that have such an impact on your immune system.

I have documented many of the experiences over the last twenty years. Love and compassion are the two words that spring to mind when I recall them. Where are you based?

Do you carry out distance Healing?
No. I have limited experience of this mode of working and am not comfortable with it. I know from research it does work. Much recent research and findings from quantum physicists is very exciting in this area. The skeptic in me remains alive and well: I stubbornly like to see the results in front of Me. Can anything go wrong?
Absolutely nothing. I support your healing process but you control all that occurs. You receive precisely what you are ready and open for. As is throughout your life you are in the loving hands of God, only during ‘the work’ you are usually much more aware of this unconditional and pure love.
Can I be assured of confidentiality during my communication with Kate?
Yes. I am bound by confidentiality, with the important proviso: If I believe you are at risk to yourself or others I will professionally and personally be compelled to break confidentiality.
